Ahmed Jamal is the new Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank

Dhaka: The government appointed Ahmed Jamal as the deputy governor of Bangladesh Bank for 4 years. The Ministry of Public Administration has issued a notification on Thursday.

It has been said that Ahmed Jamal's job of voluntary retirement and the termination of retirement leave (PRL), according to the 10 (4) section of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, from the date of his joining to the age of 62 years, until June 30, 2023, the deputy governor of the Bangladesh Bank The contract was assigned to the post.
